    I am having a single gas cylinder by Consumer No.16001, I have booked cylinder on 16-04-2013 wild serial No, 742, but the cylinder as not delivered till today, I have approach the distributor two times fast on 03-05-2013 again on 08-05-13 He is saying that they have given the delivery to his service man and if you not got delivery then call to service man Mr, Vijaya Mobile No, 08019575044, Please tell me that what kind of service is giving our distributor. And they are not lifting the phone also or always it will come busy.

    I made my booking online for a filled gas cylinder on 8 Mayin your reference number 35995826 . There is no distributing agent as of now. My priority came and a cylinder was allotted but not delivered to me till now. Neither the agency nor the person who came to Koilkuntla(the place I live at) for distribution gave information of any kind to me to collect my filled in cylinder. Today when I came to know that the disributing Van has come ,and made an enquiry Iam not given a satisfactory reply. I request you to kindly look into my comlaint and direct the agency to supply me with a cylinder. Thanking you.

    I would like to inform you that i had book a new LPG connection before three months ago and my consumer information sheet (wait list id:2514016) after check my waiting list i had visit many time to m/s.victory enterprises Nangloi to submit the papers but they not do accept these documents and say every time come after one month and i already visit three times there in three months but position is same in till date,im very surprise to tell you ,who apply new connection after me they already submit there documents.I don’t understand what is the reason and why they not deposit my documents . Hope i listen from you soon ,reply your waiting.

    i filled new connection application form at SHRIRAM BHARAT GAS located in porur.
    That time i was told to pay rs 1650 only and asked me to come after 7 days. Now when i went on 7 th day they are asking rs 4500 for same connection. As per them its new rate revised by BHARAT GAS. So pls advice me is that so.

    Bharatgas booking online is farce there are cheater dealers who name do not mention their name our booking on 6.5.2013 vide no35932603 did not reach us i called on 11 may and promised that cylinder will be delivered an that very damy original booking has goney i calledn 15 th and was informed that it will be delivered on 16th but not done now i check my e mail and find that my original booking is erased and new no given 3655970 i want to ask where

  14. My Customer Number is 5007 and dealer is Mahalakshmi LPG Centre. They are refusing to book cylinder and are insisting for Aadhaar Card. I have applied for Aadhar card on 05-02-2013 with enrolment no. 2017/60281/02018. The card is still under generation as of today. Please advise the dealer to consider this as a request for refill and send the refilled cylinder immediately.

    As soon as I receive Aadhaar card, I will submit the same to the dealer. Please let me know if any additional documents are required to be submitted.

    The service of the agency is far from satisfactory.
    I stay on the side of the Manarcad-Thiruvanchur road,just 700 mtrs from Manarcad jn.Usually the agency van comes on Thursdays for gas delivery.
    Of late.I booked gas on 29th April.When contacted.I was told that the gas will be delivered on the immediate Thursday.We kept the cylinder on the road side in front of our gate and waited.By evening the agency’s mini truck speeded away without stopping.
    The agency assured that next Thursday gas will be delivered.But next week they did not come this route.The agency replied that gas was over and next week it will be delivered positively.But failed to deliver and repeated the previous reply again.They are testing our patience.They also drop the cylinder on the road and do not bother to move it to house premises and for home delivery they charge Rs.20/25 as per convenience.
    I humbly request that this agency should be warned for the serious service deficiency and inconvenience to customers.

    I am a resident of Ghaziabad. In the beginning of this year I had applied for new Bharat Gas connection online and got it sanctioned by the company in March 2013. Unfotunately the ditributer alloted by the co. was Vishnu Jyoti,Bbrig Vihar ,Ghaziabad. This agency happens te too far away from the place where I live.
    When I approached Vishnu agency on 2/4/2013 they said that area of my residence is beyond their supply range; so they sent online request to the company to transfer my case to Kamla gas agency , Nehru nagar , Ghaziabad.
    Since then my case is like a shuttle cock and no agency is taking responsibility to issue me the connection.
    Also I tried to contact Mr. Saurav Shah of Bharat Gas, but of no use as only bell ranrg and no reply, as usual with govt. servants.
    Is there any dedicated Bharat Gas authority to help its troubled customers?
    Why I cannot get my new connection? My ID is 1890015

No. 22166688) transfer and got the termination voucher – 0001243434 from Dist Code 134514 Utsav Gas Seva, Mehta Market, Rajiv Nagar Road, Rajiv Nagar, Patna, Bihar – 800024.
    Now I am facing the here at Bandel Bharat Gas Agency, they are asking that termination voucher is not on line, so we are unable to proceed.

After insisted request they supplied the cylinder on 19th May with a bill no 2666 Dt 8th May 13.     This has reference to the above mentioned subject. I (Dharmesh Kumar) live in Bahjoi, Distt. Bheemnagar, U.P.-202410. I had applied for a DBC connection at my Gas Distribution Agency (Dev Shanti Bharat Gas Services, Bahjoi, Distt, Bheemnagar, U.P.-202410) before 2 months and the employee who looks after the DBC or new connection distribution he/she said to me,”You have to pay Rs. 2600.00 (Rupees Two Thousand Six Hundred Only) for DBC connection with full set.” I said to him,”I already have the other things like Gas Stove and Regulator.” He/she replied that the cost of those additional items will be less from the total amount (Rs. 2600.00).

    Today, I went to Gas Distribution Agency (Dev Shanti Bharat Gas Services, Bahjoi, Distt, Bheemnagar, U.P.-202410) after 2 months completed when I did not get the DBC, and met the contact person. He said,”There is no stock of cylinders at agency, so you come after few days.” Then, I met with the higher authority of the distribution agency and explained them the whole situation. They said to me,”Go to the person and tell him/her that the authorized person said to give the DBC.” I came to him/her and said the same to him then he got angry because I complained against him.

    After getting angry he/she said to me,”You have to pay Rs. 2900.00 (Rupees Two Thousand Nine Hundred Only) for the DBC, for which he asked Rs. 2600.00 (Rupees Two Thousand Six Hundred Only) before and you will get the whole set not only the cylinder.

    I am tired off from his/her behavior and the service which he/she provides. I request you to please look into the matter and kindly resolve it as soon as possible. So, that the other consumers will not face it in future.

    It is submitted that one Bharat gas connection number 53950455 has been issued in the name of Shri Surya Bhan Singh S/O Sh. Hare Ram Singh. The address of the consumer is given as H/1/398 Jahangir Puri Delhi -110033. In this connection, it is intimated that the consumer is not residing at the given address and the connection has been procured based on fake documents. The cylinders supplied are being sold in black to the unauthorized persons.
    It is. therefore, requested that the genuineness of the papers submitted by Shri Surya Bhan Singh is verified and if it is found that the papers submitted are based on wrong facts, the above connection is immediately disconnected so that it is not misused and can be useful to some genuine customer.

    I have intimated to the Sushil gas Agency next day with all documents after registration but office clerk return my all documents and he said your Number running in the waiting, we will call back then I return.
    After two months, I go to the agency with all documents then he said these documents should be submitted in the agency office within one week after registration.
    I have submitted all documents with ID proofs as on 19.05.2013, I will try he said (Agency officer) after received the documents.
    Please take the necessary action against agency staff as soon as possible and approved my gas connection.

    Kindly reply. If so How much will we have to pay ? Why don’t government give final receipt with distribution charges. Kindly mention the charges, so that corruption will be avoided.

I also received confirmation from “vishal bharat gas ” which is located in Mahaveer enclave(110045) that my connection has been approved or issued still they are not ready to handover my connection. I am following this from more than 20 days . I also want to highlight one issue along with my problem. there is one of female executive who named “Neha singh bhadoriya” ,her behaviour with people was horrible and disgusting. she told me that she return my application form after approval. apart from that I called up your customer care they dropped my call. I hope this mail going to work in my favour and give me positive resolution.

    Request to say, take an action against agency .
    please provide me your higher concern department contacts so that I can escalate this issue towards them and make them aware about these issue. Agencies are pestering people.

    Very sadly I put this forward that none of your toll free numbers are responding, I tried 11 times on both.

    Moreover My registration ID was 2670496. Its cleared in the status but the Madhu Gas is making me running around this day and that day. Every time I go there they ask me to come again some day as they don’t have received cylinders.

    Kindly take necessary action in case you are really willing to listen to customers unlike other govt. semi govt. organisations.

    I am a new costumer of Bharat Gas and have booked a cylinder. After 5 days when i went to my gas agency ” pushpam Gas agenncy” i was told in a very arrogant way that my address is not confirmed. whereas I have given all the details address proof at the time of registration.
    When I told this the lady again shouted and said that there is vehicke breakdown hence cylinder wont be delivered at home. If it is not delivered at home collect it from the agent.
    Such type of service and such arrogant attitude is highly not acceptable when we are paying for it.

  63. I have registered my KYC on lin on 3rd May 2013 for a new connection (LPG) in Colva,
    Goa but so far I have not heard from Bharat Gas after the initial email confirmation with wait list no. 3805305 in the name of John Belchir Fernandes

    Its about a month since the KYC is done and I was informed by the distributors in Benaulim & Colva that normally it takes two weeks for the new Gas connection no.

    Why is the new connection (LPG) delayed for more than a month????

  66. i was consumer of bharat gas petroleum corporation limited.i had purchased LPG connection from M/S Inder gas Opp. pahari gate Batala vide SVR No.2421099 and consumer no.4546 dated 21/12/1992 on the Name of Baljinder Kaur Residence of Hno.520 shukarpura near octroi batala.After then,this gas connection was shifted from M/S inder Gas to Nav Bharat Gas Agency Batala from 15/04/2008 and they alloted us new consumer no. 1552.In the shifting process they they changed my name to Balwinder kaur residence of hno.520 near gurdwara julaian wali gali sunder nagar batala instead of Baljinder kaur r/o hno.520 shukarpura near octroi batala.i had gone many times to the Nav Bharat Gas Agency gor the correction of mistake made by them in my name since 2008.They dont make any correction and reply that you need gas cylinder and we are provding you. Now the Govt. of India has made necessary aadhar cards which are linked to the bank account of the consumer to avail the subsidy.for this the name of the consumer on domestic gas consumer card,aadhar card and in the bank account should be same.so to avail this facility i again complained to Nav bharat gas Agency for the correction of my name.on dated 19/12/2012 they asked me to submit affidavit,domestic gas consumer card photostate copy, Aadhar card,Bank account Statement and SVR photocopy. I submitted the required documents on the same date.They called me in thier Office and told that your correction of name has been done. I asked them to show me in the computer and when they entered my consumer no. 1552 in their software to get the details ,it was showing the same Name BALWINDER KAUR (WHICH IS WRONG) before submitting the documents.After that they asked me that we have mailed to the higher Authorities in Bathinda that system is not processing your corrected name. The error in feeding the Name in the computer database was commited the M/S nav Bharat gas agency.Why they are Harrasing me to submit the affidavit and all other documents when i have not made any fault.i am mentally harrasad by the M/s Nav bharat Gas Agency.till date they have not corrected my name to Baljinder Kaur r/o hno.509 mohalla sunder nagar d.b.n road batala,distt.gurdaspur and my all efforts are in vain. kindly help me to get rid out of this problem.i will be highly thankful to you.

I am a busy man and seldom get time to go this place to follow up. Even now I am sending you this complain from my phone. What is this country come to.     I have submitted my documents for the surrender of my connection.when i went for frst time they asjked me to come with cylinder and just submit, But when i went there the scenario was different after waiting for a long time they asked me to submit a filled form along with vouchers,i did the same thing ,but still i am yet to get response.when asked they are telling to checking with complaint team. i have to put leave to follow this up with the agency, i have never faced such a worst experience with any of the approach.     I have a connection of bharat gas from 12year in BECS GAS AGENCY, Recently that agency have transfor to another new agency. that new agency name called as bhavani bharat gas distubutor , dear sir my new consumer no 36030139, and my old consumer no 476.my old agency was good services, but the new agency is to much problem to me. dear sir we are facing the fully problem, and no good responcesess for costumer and the problem is the auto driver who dustubut the gas that person seating and opporating the system and phone call and the auto driver using such a bad words in call, and they are using us to come and go from 15days and . after 15days they are saying us your mobile number is wrong rigestered. DR,SIR what kind of result this is and one more thing that i want to tell you through us 5 consumer have join to bharat gas they pepole also suffring same problem. plz i request to u care abut this problem…

    I am a customer of THE GOA CO-OP. MARKETING & SUPPLY FEDERATION LTD. Ponda, Goa and my consumer number with them is 020644. The agency has not delivered me the gas cylinder inspite of me placing the order and following up with them for the last 6 weeks. I got my last refill in March 2013. The agency seems to be selling gas cylinders in the black market. Inspite of customers ready to pay Rs. 850/- for a cylinder (without subsidy) the agency is not delivering the same. How are the customers to cook food without the gas cylinder refills delivered on time?

    customer id is 94, the distributor is BECS Gas Agency, Code is 100460. The person who came to supply the cylinder was mis behaving with my mother and myself and using singular words and also the bad words too went with the cylinder back telling “IWILL NOT GIVE THE SUPPLY DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT, COMPLAINT TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY ALSO I DON’T BOTHER”. we got irritated and went to complain to the agency but we dint get any respect over there also. the person was not all patient enough to listen to the complaint but supported the supplier itself. Please do take the necessary actions and advice the agency to give atleast the minimum respect to the customer.
