    Sir/mam,
    the original document of Bharat gas subscription is somehow misplaced due to certain change-of-place circumstances. The consumer no is 2911, under the name of Tapan Kumar Banerjee. It was subscribed somewhere near 1998..
    Please help me with a digital copy of that oroginal document if it is at all in your records.

    Sir I am costumer of Bharat Gas. Local doistibuter is KAMLA GAS AGENCY , NARMADA NAGAR CHOUK BILASPUR Chattisgarh. He is having 3 phones for booking No 07752— 270503,420392,420702. All 3 phones becomes busy since 15 days / not attending the phone . Supply in BSNL colloney Rajkishor Nagar bilaspur is worst. I am making call 15 to 20 call for booking from 10 days no one is receiving my call . My consumer No. 20222 . kindly book me gas and do needfull. I’ll wait for your reply.

    Dear Sir,

    I requested for transfer of my LPG connection from Dhanbad to Barrackpore, 24 Parganas (North). My Dhanbad distributor terminated my connection and gave the termination number. I visited my barrackpore distributor office twice but was not able to get my connection transferred, they are telling that they are getting an error. My dhanbad consumer no was 18639

    My ac no is 12493 and i have 2 cylinder connection and i have not used it for a long time so it has been locked and i have not been told about it when i requsted a cylinder 3 months back i was told that my account has been locked for want of kyc and i had submitted fresh set of address proof and even after 20 times of visit to vignesh bharat gas mayiladuthurai nagapattinam dist tamil nadu they are not providing me a cylinders and they don’t respond me properly and they have not put in customers service on or any other grievance addresal officer no i am an bank officer and how many days do you think or want me to wait for getting a cylinder please inform me how you have locked my account with out informing me when i am residing in same address how much hardships should i be put to get cylinder

    Dear sir,
    My name ramesh kumar consumer no.is 51881789 and Distributor code is 115666 Pong dam service shop 6 and 15 nagar panchayat building near bus stand baddi, solan H. P.173205

    Sir i applied for DBC in2012 but after one year i do not got my dbc cylinder. Distributor says to me apply again and i apply again on Apr.04,2013 with all document. My reg no. is 390 but till date i donot got my DBC cylinder they give the cylinder other cust. Whoes no is more than 400. Pls. Sir take action immidiatly against distributor and provide me DBC.     Sir,
    My consumer no. is 2616 and I am customer of Krishna gas, Howrah, WB for the last 20 years. My consumption is very low, hardly 3 cylinders per year. Hence they have not given me subsidy benefit which other customers are getting. As a result I have to pay Rs.250/- more per cylinder. Why? Is there any such rule that customer have to buy a cylinder in three months time? Kindly look into the matter and respond at your earliest.
